To receive the updated forms, CAR must receive your current CDROM. We will re-program your CDROM and put the new forms on the CDROM free of charge. A returned CDROM with the updated forms will be mailed back to you within 4-7 business days.

If you have lost your disk, we will issue a new disk for $50, we must also receive:

A signed License Agreement. For Licensees with less than three (3) months remaining on their current License Agreement, we must also receive renewal payment of $100.
A list of all licensed commercial brokers and property managers in your office.
2008 OAR, CAR, & NAR dues for delinquent licensed commercial brokers and property managers in your office.
2008 OAR, CAR, & NAR dues for each NEW licensed commercial broker and property manager in your office. (Access the Membership Benefits Link.”)
An Application for Membership for each NEW licensed commercial broker and property manager in your office.

*AS A REMINDER – EVERY LICENSED COMMERCIAL BROKER AND PROPERTY MANAGER IN AN OFFICE MUST PAY OAR, CAR, & NAR DUES FOR AN OFFICE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE $100 DISCOUNTED FEE. INDIVIUALS WHO PRACTICE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AND HAVE NOT PAID OAR, CAR, & NAR WILL BE ASSESSED A $600 NON-MEMBER USAGE FEE. OAR, CAR, & NAR MEMBERSHIP MUST BE MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT THE 12 MONTH LEASING TERM OR NON-MEMBER FEES WILL BE ASSESSED.

New orders will be processed in 5-7 days. In order to receive the Forms on Disk package, we must receive:

A signed License Agreement.
A completed Forms on Disk Order Form.
Payment of $150 (for 12 month lease + $50 for a CDROM).
A list of all licensed commercial brokers and property managers in your office.
